About us
The leading GCC operational continuity platform — combining enterprise-grade security, scalable Nigeria delivery, and continuity-first execution for finance, IT, and HR operations.
The platform
Softwisetech is an operational continuity platform for Gulf enterprises. We keep Finance, IT, and HR shared services running when disruption, relocation, or workforce gaps threaten your operating calendar.
Clients activate pre-trained pods through a secure Nigeria delivery hub — with QA controls, session governance, and crisis playbooks aligned to how regional HQs already govern internal towers. Solutions and SLAs live on our Solutions page; this page is about the people, structure, and standards behind the app.

Who we are
We formed around a simple observation: UAE, Saudi, and Qatar enterprises depend on expatriate-heavy Finance, IT, and HR towers — yet most vendors sell generic offshore capacity, not rehearsed continuity.
Softwisetech combines Gulf client governance with Nigeria's depth of English-speaking finance, technology, and people operations talent. We hire for resilience mindset, train on environment before go-live, and measure ourselves on outcomes outcomes your board cares about.
“Our mission is to ensure GCC enterprises remain operational during disruption — with security, accountability, and teams that have already rehearsed your playbooks.”
Teams
Every function runs as a governed pod: a lead, operators, QA & controls, and a client manager accountable to your SLAs. Command coordinates multi-pod activation during crises.

Leadership bios and photographs will be published here for enterprise procurement — including LinkedIn profiles and continuity credentials. Until then, engagements reference named client managers and pod leads in your statement of work.
Code of conduct
These principles apply to delivery staff, leadership, and subcontractors on client work — especially when operating under crisis activation.
We answer to SLAs and outcomes — not ticket volume. Every engagement has a named client manager and escalation path.
No local storage of client data on endpoints. VDI sessions, RBAC, logging, and access reviews are non-negotiable.
We report risks, delays, and capacity constraints early. Surprises during a crisis are unacceptable.
We align workflows to GCC expectations (including PDPL-style data handling) and your internal control frameworks.
Harassment, bribery, conflicts of interest, and misuse of client systems are grounds for immediate removal.
Pods train on your playbooks before activation. Drills and QA evidence are part of delivery, not optional extras.
Violations should be reported to your Softwisetech client manager or via the contact page. We investigate all reports and document outcomes for affected clients.
